Your Intentions And Wealth You Achieve

 What Is Intent:-
It Is thing which you plan and  execute inorder to achieve it.

Difference Between Believe and Intent:-

Believe is the thing which we probably dream of and we are sure we can complete a particular task              on particular time, but here we aren’t taking any further steps to fullfill it.
Most People they earn their living , grow up and then they die .They stop thinking stop stretching themselves, stop pushing these are not the risk takers.
So, here the intent comes in picture whatever is your intention and you make a first step the universe will watch you carefully and give back his feedback by providing you with whatever you need in order to complete your task or your mission or your ambition.

Intention And Wealth:-

Lot many people I have found on my journey is they live to enjoy the material world as this is not the bad thing as we are living in the 21st century the world of illusion(maya). We cant be away from materialistic approach towards life.
But we find  that wealth favours the rich and poor is always poor.
When I found a reason behind all these circumstances why ?? when ?? how??
I researched a lot on this and finally I concluded on this that non  of them  are born rich or poor its our intentions or subconscious believe which makes us unaware of our true potential to earn not only wealth but anything ,learn anything present in this whole world.
The universe is the infinite place we are all born with some mission to accomplish and we are already learning the lessons which we aren’t aware now but will be in our 40’s or even more.
So, I was telling you about when I found the reason behind it , My eyes got wide opened I stared making senarios on different set of people by observing them on streets in college in office every place I visited.
What I came to know is some people who are rich having huge cars and bungalows have a different  style of living and they have already set their intention of going in the field their father is working on, not everyone but mostly I observed in my test senarios.
People who are average or below average they have a mind set of having a job , no matter how boring the job is but they will do it for their livelihood. For them to think of having a luxurious life is like a dream , but they don’t know that before becoming something we have to visualize it in our mind or we can call it as day dream it.
Now For these Kind of people I want to say just one thing get up from your comfort zone
Take a pen or pencil write all that 5 steps I have given below and inculcate it to your daily life I am 100% sure of you living your dream life.

Steps For Living a  Luxurious Life:-

1      1)   Get Up early in the morning and self motivate yourself wth these 5 affirmations
“I am Rich”  , “I have above average dollars /Rupees in my bank account”,   “I love my life”,  “I have many rich friends”,  “I live In a luxurious house”.

2) Take a first step towards what you really want in your life whether you want to leave a rich life or whether you want a film star life or a business tycoon life or IT professional life.set it according to your profession and take a step on how will you become best in your field if you aren’t sure what to do. Ask yourself and try writing the solution with your non dominant hand (left hand) for righties.

3) Never believe too much on God the almighty. Believe in yourself and just thank god for giving you a best life.

4) Give as much you can to others and never aspect something in return whether you give your knowledge or your help or part of your wealth.

5) Give appraisal to every good thing you see around you (Like a friend making his first salary or he achieves a prize or someone made something creative )Start appraising him/her start enjoying on others achievements that’s the secret of happiness and true wealth in life.

Finishing On this Note I will meet You people next time with my new post.
Till Then Enjoy Your Life Have Fun We are here for having Fun.

What You Believe Says Everything About Your Life And You

Perception Is Reality

You have learned everything that you know to be true through your life experiences, and those experiences have been shaped and guided by other, often well-meaning, people.
But here’s the thing: When you believe something is true, you tend to look for things that support those truths and ignore what does not. Beliefs become self-fulfilling prophecies in a sense.
So if those beliefs are helpful, then YAY! But if you want to experience something different than what you are currently living, you have to prove to yourself that something different is possible.

You have to change your expectation.

It takes practice to change the way you think. You’ve had a lifetime to form the beliefs that you are currently living, so naturally it will take a bit of effort. But it can be done in a simple, pragmatic way.
Beliefs are just thoughts that you keep thinking, which keeps them active in your mind.
In order to change them, you must become aware of them and then shift them from the old belief to a new one, reinforcing it with lots of examples that show the new belief is true.
Here’s an example of an old belief that you might not want to believe anymore:
“I’m never going to be able to achieve the body of my dreams because I don’t have any willpower.”
And here’s a new believe that you would likely much rather believe:
“I absolutely can have the body of my dreams.”
In order to shift your belief from the old one to the new one, you must make a list of all of the reasons why the new belief is actually true. Often, it helps to start with general statements and then get progressively more specific.
1. You know, I’m really tired of feeling like a victim all the time.
2. I’m tired of telling myself that I can’t have what I want.
3. And I believe that the human body is capable of a lot of really amazing, often unexplainable things.
4. So if that is true, then I think that it’s feasible that I can achieve the body of my dreams.
5. And I think that this so-called willpower problem that everyone talks about is actually kind of silly.
6. What if willpower is not really a lack of control at all, but instead it’s a signal from my body that is telling me it wants comfort, and food is something that I’ve learned is comforting?
7. So, if that is true, then if I start taking better care of my body and I listen when it tells me that it needs rest or TLC, maybe it will stop asking for comfort through food.
8. And if that is the case, then willpower is really irrelevant to whether or not I can achieve the body of my dreams.
9. And I’ve done some pretty amazing things in my life, so if I decide that I want to achieve the body of my dreams, I think I can do that too.
10. It’s time for me to stop living a shadow of who I really am, letting old, silly beliefs hold me back, and instead it’s time for me to rock this incredible life that I have been given!!
Don’t you just feel fired up after reading that? Reality, especially related to your physical body, is only what it is because of your expectation.
When you begin to see how disempowering beliefs pull you away from living the life you want to live, rather than help you to move toward it, it gets easier and easier to shed them and replace them with new empowering beliefs.
Sometimes just by realizing that a belief isn’t even your own—that it was passed down to you from someone else—is enough to disengage it.
So what disempowering beliefs do you have that you want to change?
What if you decided that you not longer believed that your genetics were causing you to be overweight?
Or maybe your limiting beliefs have to do with time. What if you decided you no longer believed you can’t make time to do the things you love?
Your past is not your present or your future. You have the ability right now, to choose something different. You absolutely have the power to create a better life for yourself. That starts with changing what you choose to believe and what you expect for yourself.

You Attract What You Are

What comes to your mind when someone says that etc person is the richest person in our area ,Your mind will wonder about his family background and his property, bank balance. Same is the case with when your friend says we are not as rich as they are or they are too poor then us. We try to visualize their present life style. But have you ever wonder why cant a poor person become rich or a person who is rich remains rich in the future too. You will think this as luck or  something else.
“That boy was lucky to have rich family so he is rich and we were unlucky to have
Poor family.”
It wasn’t everytime true you haven’t dealth with the real consequences of life
What you see is just a mirror image of what you wanted to see. Change your perception of looking towards the world ,you will automatically change your life style. As rightly stated by Lord Buddha “What you see You become”.
Now the thing is why we are like this ,some may be doing nothing some may be a cricketer, football player, some will be good at computers ,some may be shopkeepers ,some may be doing their own business, some are drug addicts or alcohol addicts.
Why Why Wh????????????????????????????????????????????
This question why comes mostly to the parents and sometimes to thyself.
Why they are like this or why we are what we are now.
Not only this in todays glamour world most youngsters are getting attracted towards film industry they want that stardom like sharukh khan or Katrina kaif, alia bhatt. But only few of them gets the notion from their inner being and they do something different or things which they wanted to do, things which made them have fun. Not only this following their heart desires they also follow their soul desires to do something for the world or the nation.
Now coming to the point whay aren’t we what we desire to be.
For this I will give you an example of a penguin , penguins have wings but can they fly up in the sky. NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why because they are made like that by the universal energy or God.
They are meant to enjoy their life on the earth and not in the sky.
Same thing is with all of us if we don’t have that inner talent of flying in the glamour world just stop thinking of going to that stage and stop thinking that way.
Listen  to you inner being find out what you are good at you may do wonders in your society in your peer group or the Industry.
You are the uncommon breed with unimaginable power.
You are going to attract people, objects  and all materialistic things aligned with your body frequency or the thought process going on in your mind.
Just make a list of all the thing you think you have right now and compare that thing with all the people involved with you presently you will find that people and material  are of same criteria.
Like for example if you have close friendship with rich people then surely you will buy most of your products from posh area.
Middle class people friendship will in turn will allow you to buy things from middle level shops or stationaries.
Here I am talking about close friendships not college friends for three years or 5years. Change your circumstances you will change your friendships and all the material thing like vehicle, land ,property , it can be anything which is tangible.
So if you want to attract lavishness in your life you just need to think as if you are already rich , you should start making friendships with above average salary people or even rich people, you should start investing your time in making budget plans or future monetary plans or future deals you will make with investers.
You should stop going to the small shops full of kiosk and move to the posh hotels and restraunts for having dinner. May be you cant afford their rate but atleast you should go once in a month or if possible in a week to have atleast one type of dish.
This all process is just to attract lavishness in your life. The more you will visit with all kind of brand new things the more your body frequency will get aligned with this things and in a year or two you will end up living your dream life.
Atlast just want to say one principle to all of you and that is:-
1)Ask for what you want not to the god but to yourself
2)Believe in what you are doing and put all your efforts with joy.
3)Daily give thanks to the world and yourself because of them you are , the way you are today.

Photographic Memory-A Tool to grasp everything

Having a photographic memory is a blessing in disguise and those who have this quality can instantly recall images, names, words, numbers and other information with great accuracy. Sharp memory skills depend on the neuroplasticity of the brain or the ability to form new connections by breaking the old connections from time to time. Some people are born with excellent memory skills, while others need to practice techniques to sharpen their memory. Understanding how visual memory works can help you discover the quickest way to learn and memorize things.
Photographic Memory Training
Memory training is not very difficult; even a child can learn photographic memory techniques without much effort. It takes you back to the ancient times when special techniques and tools were used to improve memory and memorize important things. Below are some photographic memory training techniques that will not only help you improve your memory but also significantly help you improve your ability to recall information:
By improving lifestyle – Many people face issues of memory loss and most of them arise out of anxiety, depression, anger etc. There are different therapies to help you get a grab on some of these symptoms and they include talk therapy, musical therapy, light therapy, aromatherapy etc. You can spend more time doing the activities you love to do and it’s important that you always try to keep your mind active. Find out more on how to develop a photographic memory in our course on mastering memory.
Applying appropriate memory strategies – Minimizing distractions is one of the best ways to develop your photographic memory. Forgetfulness is not a memory issue, but is the result of distraction. So focus on one thing, instead of trying out multiple things together.
By visualizing things – Try to improve your general memory. This method is just like seeing old photographs for remembering things from the past. You can also make use of image associations and this can be done by visualizing things. It is easy to recall if the image is imprinted on your mind. For example, if you are searching for car keys, try to visualize the place where the car keys might have been kept. This method is very effective for remembering anything in general.
Using military techniques – These are the techniques that are used by the military to train their commanders and important personnel; they include techniques like objective viewing, psychic spies, photographic memories etc. One can remember pictures, images, locations or coordinates in an effective manner with the help of these techniques.
Photographic memory training courses and exercises – Photographic memory training exercises are used to improve the memory of an individual. There are numerous exercises such as word association, list building, storytelling, playing picture games, etc. Exercises like picture games make the training experience very interesting and people are more likely to memorize what they hear and put into practice effectively.
Become a Super Learner
Learning depends on the individual’s ability to breakdown information in to small chunks. Not everyone is blessed with the capacity to grasp things quickly; so, most of us follow a routine that enables us to become a quick learner. Learn how to learn things better, and faster, with this course. Researchers suggest that the greater the learner’s involvement in learning; the higher is the level of memorizing. Below are some tips that can definitely help you become a super learner:
Determine learning objectives – Whenever you want to expand your knowledge on something, you should ask yourself, “Why should I learn this?” You should determine the purpose of training and pay special attention towards your learning objective.
Maintain a good learning discipline – You should attend the memory training sessions without any distractions in mind. We all know that multi-tasking doesn’t do any good for the memory thereby affecting our work. The same is the case with the learning process. If your mind is occupied with some other task, you will not be able to focus on your training session and learn new things. Remember to “empty your cup” before learning something new; if your attention is divided during the process of encoding new information, then you are less likely to remember the information learnt.
Build strong background knowledge – Some of the best training sessions happen when the trainees spend a bit of time to explore things on their own. You should read the trainer’s agenda by spending some time to go through available resources.
Always be self-directed – You can take charge of your learning outcomes. Never hesitate to ask questions to clarify your doubts. The more questions you ask, the faster is the speed at which you learn things.

Mind Mapping Techniques
What are mind maps and why are they better than text notes? Well, mind mapping is the process of capturing your thoughts in visual form. Mind maps can help you become more creative and solve problems in an efficient manner. A mind map is basically a program or diagram that connects the information around a central object and can be used for any thinking or learning task. Professionals and entrepreneurs can use mind mapping techniques to unleash the creativity of their brains, connect groups together through natural associations, and help to generate new ideas at a faster rate.
Minds maps help you learn things in an effective manner and they are better than text notes because it’s proven that the human brain can memorize things faster when captured in visual form. Mind maps can give an overview of large information in an easy way. In a survey, business owners who started mind mapping said that they were able to work significantly faster than before, because they are can judge complex projects easily through the process of mind mapping. As ideas can be generated quickly, you can explore different creative paths. If you want to get started with mind mapping, then the best approach is to get a pen and paper, make a plan and turn your ideas into a business plan. You can also use electronic gadgets to make your mind maps searchable by including attachments, which can be referred to whenever required. However, there is no standard way to create a mind map. You can go with the one that works effectively for you. Learn how to improve your memory retention with this course on mind mapping techniques.

Benefits of Gratitude

It’s that time of year where many people begin thinking about everything they have to be thankful for. Although it’s nice to count your blessings on Thanksgiving, being thankful throughout the year could have tremendous benefits on your quality of life.
In fact, gratitude may be one of the most overlooked tools that we all have access to every day. Cultivating gratitude doesn’t cost any money and it certainly doesn’t take much time, but the benefits are enormous. Research reveals gratitude can have these seven benefits:
1. Gratitude opens the door to more relationships. Not only does saying “thank you” constitute good manners, but showing appreciation can help you win new friends, according to a 2104 study published in Emotion. The study found that thanking a new acquaintance makes them more likely to seek an ongoing relationship. So whether you thank a stranger for holding the door or you send a quick thank-you note to that co-worker who helped you with a project, acknowledging other people’s contributions can lead to new opportunities.

2. Gratitude improves physical health.
Grateful people experience fewer aches and pains and they report feeling healthier than other people, according to a 2012 study published in Personality and Individual Differences . Not surprisingly, grateful people are also more likely to take care of their health. They exercise more often and are more likely to attend regular check-ups with their doctors, which is likely to contribute to further longevity.
3. Gratitude improves psychological health. Gratitude reduces a multitude of toxic emotions, ranging from envy and resentment to frustration and regret. Robert A. Emmons, Ph.D., a leading gratitude researcher, has conducted multiple studies on the link between gratitude and well-being. His research confirms that gratitude effectively increases happiness and reduces depression.
4. Gratitude enhances empathy and reduces aggression. Grateful people are more likely to behave in a prosocial manner, even when others behave less kind, according to a 2012 study by the University of Kentucky. Study participants who ranked higher on gratitude scales were less likely to retaliate against others, even when given negative feedback. They experienced more sensitivity and empathy toward other people and a decreased desire to seek revenge.
5. Grateful people sleep better. Writing in a gratitude journal improves sleep, according to a 2011 study published in Applied Psychology: Health and Well-Being . Spend just 15 minutes jotting down a few grateful sentiments before bed, and you may sleep better and longer.
6. Gratitude improves self-esteem. A 2014 study published in the Journal of Applied Sport Psychology found that gratitude increased athlete’s self-esteem, which is an essential component to optimal performance. Other studies have shown that gratitude reduces social comparisons. Rather than becoming resentful toward people who have more money or better jobs – which is a major factor in reduced self-esteem- grateful people are able to appreciate other people’s accomplishments.
7. Gratitude increases mental strength.
For years, research has shown gratitude not only reduces stress, but it may also play a major role in overcoming trauma. A 2006 study published in Behavior Research and Therapy found that Vietnam War Veterans with higher levels of gratitude experienced lower rates of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. A 2003 study published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology
found that gratitude was a major contributor to resilience following the terrorist attacks on September 11. Recognizing all you have to be thankful for – even during the worst times of your life – fosters resilience.
We all have the ability and opportunity to cultivate gratitude. Simply take a few moments to focus on all that you have – rather than complain about all the things you think you deserve. Developing an “attitude of gratitude” is one of the simplest ways to improve your satisfaction with life.

Hypnosis And Self-hypnosis

How to Perform Self Hypnosis X Interested in this topic? Yes! Show me another No Show something different Ad Self-hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of mind which can be defined as a heightened state of focused concentration. With it, you can change your thinking, kick bad habits, and take control of the person you are—along with relaxation and destressing
from everyday life. It's similar to meditation and results in a better you.

1. Get into comfortable clothing. It's pretty hard entering any kind of deep, relaxed state when all you can think about is the waistband of your jeans cutting off your circulation. So take this as an excuse to throw on some sweats. You want absolutely nothing distracting you. Make sure the temperature is good, too.
2. Have a blanket or a sweater ready if you run on the chilly side. Sometimes feeling warm can be very comforting, too. Go to a quiet room and sit in any comfortable chair, couch, or bed. Although some people prefer to lie down, you are more susceptible to sleep than when sitting up. Whether you sit or lie, ensure that you do not cross your legs or any part of your body. You may be in this position for a while and this could end up being uncomfortable. Make sure you are not going to be disturbed for at least half an hour. No self-hypnosis is effective if it gets interrupted by a phone call, a pet, or a kid.
3.Turn off your phone (and the alerts), lock the door, and sequester yourself. This is you time. The amount of time you want to dedicate to this is up to you.

* Most prefer to be in a trance (we try to avoid that phrase as it has certain...err...negative connotations) for about 15 or 20 minutes, but you have to allot time to get in and out of it, too. Figure out your hypnosis goals. Are you doing it just to relax? For self-improvement? To train your brain? If you're doing it to achieve a greater end (weight loss, quitting smoking, etc.), prepare a list of affirmations. Self-hypnosis can be used just for relaxation, sure, but it can be for a number of life- enhancing things, too. Many use it to achieve their goals, change their thinking, or just as general positive reinforcement or motivation. Here are some examples of affirmations you could try: If you want to quit a bad habit, something to the point is the most effective. Think along the lines of, "I do not want to smoke. Cigarettes have no appeal to me." If you want to think more positively, aim for something like, "I am capable of whatever I set my mind to. I am in control and I am valuable." If you want to reach a specific goal, like weight loss, say it in the present tense: "I am eating healthy. I am losing weight. My clothes feel better and I feel better." These are statements you will be reciting to yourself when you're under. Again, it's up to you, but many find them life-affirming and effective. Part One of Three: Preparing for Hypnosis
1. Close your eyes and work to rid your mind of any feelings of fear, stress, or anxiety. When you begin, you might find it difficult not to think. You may find that thoughts keep intruding. When this happens, don't try to force the thoughts out. Observe them impartially, and then let them slip away.
2.See How to Meditate for more help with this step. Alternatively, some like to pick a point on the wall and focus on it. It could be the corner, it could be a smudge, it could be wherever you want it to be.
3. Focus on the point, concentrating on your eyelids. Repeat to yourself that they're getting heavier and heavier and let them close when you cannot keep them open anymore. Recognize the tension in your body. Beginning with your toes, imagine the tension slowly falling away from your body and vanishing. Imagine it freeing each body part one at a time starting with your toes and working its way up your body.
4.Visualize each part of your body becoming lighter and lighter as the tension is removed. Relax your toes, then your feet. Continue with your calves, thighs, hips, stomach and so on, until you've relaxed each portion, including your face and head. Using imagery techniques of something you find comforting or soothing, such as water (feel the water rushing over your feet and ankles, cleansing them of tension) can be effective as well. Take slow, deep breaths. When you exhale, see the tension and negativity leaving in a dark cloud. As you inhale, see the air returning as a bright force filled with life and energy. At this point, you can use visualization as you so choose. Think of a lemon and cut it in half in your mind. Imagine the juices oozing out and getting over your fingers. Place it in your mouth. What's your reaction? How does it feel, taste, and smell? Then, move onto more meaningful visions. Imagine your bills blowing away in the breeze. Imagine you running off those pounds. Get as detailed as possible. Always think of your five senses. Appreciate the fact that you are now extremely relaxed. Imagine you are at the top of a flight of 10 stairs which at the fifth step start to submerge into water. Picture every detail of this scene from the top to the bottom. Tell yourself that you are going to descend the stairs, counting each step down, starting at 10. Picture each number in your mind. Imagine that each number you count is further down and one step closer to the bottom. After each number, you will feel yourself drifting further and further into deep relaxation. As you take each step, imagine the feel of the step under your feet. Once you are at the fifth step imagine and truly feel the refreshing coolness of the water and tell yourself that you are stepping into an oasis of purity and cleanliness. As you begin to descend the last five steps, start to feel the water getting higher and higher up your body. You should now start to feel somewhat numb and your heart will start to race a bit, but notice it and let any qualms about the situation just drift away into the water. Feel a floating sensation. At this point at the bottom of the water you shouldn't really feel anything, just the sensation of floating freely. You may even feel like you're spinning. If you do not feel as stated above, try again, slower with a will to grasp what is happening. Once you have achieved this state you should proceed to address your problems and decide upon what it is you want from where you are.
.
5.Now start to narrate what you are doing; speak in the present and future tense quietly to yourself, or as if you are reading it from a page. Start to picture three boxes under the water that you have to swim to get to.
6.Once you have found the boxes, open them slowly, one at a time, and narrate to yourself what is happening when you open the box. For example, "As I open the box I feel a radiant light engulf me, I feel it becoming a part of me. This light is my new found confidence that I can never lose as it is now a part of me" and then proceed on to the next box. You should avoid using statements with a negative connotation, such as "I don't want to be tired and irritable." Instead, say, "I am becoming calm and relaxed." Examples of positive statements include: "I am strong and slender," "I am successful and positive," and, if you have pain, "My back is beginning to feel wonderful." (See warning on pain.)

7.Repeat your statement (s) to yourself as many times as you wish. Feel free to wander about the water, visualizing yourself emptying boxes, finding treasure (in the form of self-confidence, money, etc.), or simply letting all your tensions disappear. Find areas where the water is cold, hot, or full of wildlife.
8. Let your imagination go. Get ready to exit your hypnotic state. With each step you take, feel the water becoming lower and lower until you have once again reached that fifth step. Once you are out of the water and are on the sixth step you may start to feel heavy or as if there is a weight on your chest. Merely wait on the step until this passes, constantly repeating your aforementioned statements. Once it passes, continue up the stairs, visualizing each step by its number, feeling the steps underneath you. Will yourself to carry on up the stairs. For the record, this water visual.
