Do You Know Who You Are

Hey Guys i am back with some new topic to discuss today which invariably tells you about how much do you know about yourself,which in turn help you find many more things which you were trying to from  may be decades or even more.

Things are not simple when i talk about something it is worth to the point of knowing.
How many of you understood the topic i have taken today.........May be some or may be all of you!
So now i shall begin: people have lot of concerns about how will their life be after 10 years or even more mainly youngsters has these kind of questions what will they do or i will make it straight forward what should they do in life in order to fulfill their life purpose.People in their mid 25 or 30's even will start thinking about who their soulmate is going to be and how will she look and will she have the same understanding as i have.

Even children who have started their school journey will start thinking about who their friends will be ,will they have good friend circles, motivating circle will they have nice teachers(gurus)....

Besides all these One of the hardest questions in life to answer is “What do you want to do?”
Especially when you have no idea what you want to do or you are going through a transition. I can’t tell you how many times I flubbed through that question.
It’s also tough to respond to that question even when you really do know what you want to do with your life but aren’t doing it yet because you don’t know how to make it happen.
It’s a very simple question, but yet it’s tough for many of us to answer. Ever wonder why?
I believe that question causes us so much agony because as a social species we don’t like disappointing other people. We want to feel accepted. We are hard-wired for it.
When you give someone an answer you think they want to hear, you might satisfy your feelings for social acceptance, but you still end up disappointing someone: yourself.
Quite a paradox isn't it?
You aren’t being honest with yourself because you didn’t given yourself permission to be your true self. Not a fun feeling.
You’ll never confidently answer that question until you make the time to start systematically learning about yourself.


But how do you even get started with something as broad as “learning about yourself”? As big a topic as it is, getting started with it doesn’t have to be hard.
If you’re feeling lost, this post will show you how to learn about yourself and why it’s so important to lifestyle design.

Designing Your Lifestyle: Steps #

There are endless reasons why people want to transform their lives.
You might be motivated to get out of debt, become financially independent, gain more control over your life, spend more time with family, travel more, focus more on your passion or reduce your stress (like me).
Regardless of your motivation, I believe the process of transforming your life begins by making your work, work for you.
To understand how you want to work, you first need to learn about yourself. It’s the most important subject you never learned.
Most people attempt lifestyle design by modeling themselves after someone else. But to me, this seems completely backward. I believe lifestyle design is about accepting who you are and aligning your needs with your purpose, not copying some online guru or lifestyle design “expert.”
The more you learn about yourself, the better equipped you’ll be to design a lifestyle truly unique to your values, needs, abilities and motivations.
Especially if you are considering working for yourself, you need to get to know yourself first. I can’t tell you how many entrepreneurs build a business seeking more freedom, but end up completely miserable because they built a business out of alignment with their work needs.
Your life is a huge and vast subject. There’s lots to know. Here are the key “subjects” I believe you need to know to successfully design your lifestyle around more satisfying work.
IF you were an astrologer or a Rickie expert you may have not needed to read my entire blog just a slight glance to your nature through horoscope or your aura and that's it but i understand we are living in this era where we want proof of the existence of everything we see or deal with.

So I'll start with the first step:-

1. Your Personal Productivity

How would you like to work? What have you always wanted to do for work? Why do you work? I’m giving you permission to answer those questions as honestly as possible.
We’ve all been taught to work in a way that might not seem natural to us as individuals. I think many of us don’t like working because we don’t work in a way that makes sense to us.
For example, my peak performance period for work occurs around 7am to 10pm  day.  I want the value of my work to be based on the quality of my output, not the amount of time I “put in” at the office.
Additionally, I need to spend at least an hour a day performing a physical activity outside like walking, yard work or listening to music with some funny dance steps. 
As you might imagine, I’m not cut out for the 9-to-5. You might not be either, and it may be the cause of your stress.
The needs I listed above are the ingredients that optimize my “personal productivity.” It’s not what makes everyone productive, but it’s what makes me productive. Most likely the ingredients for your personal productivity will be different from other people as well.
I wouldn’t be nearly as productive if I had to spend most of my energy trying to conform my work style with a one-size-fits-all standard. One of the most draining experiences of my life has been working out of alignment with my work needs.
Let me be clear: I enjoy working, but on my terms.
I once thought being more productive meant getting more done in less time. I thought managing my time more effectively was the key to my productivity. I now realize the key to my productivity is all about how I manage my limited energy.
One of the biggest boosts to my energy was making the decision to work in alignment with my needs. I may have 9 hours work now i realize that i have 3-4 hours of energy to create high quality work.
Believe it or not, I spend less time working now than I did in an office, yet I’m far more productive. I owe that to learning about what makes me personally productive.

2. Your “Why”

Beyond money, why do you work? Of all the different options for work, why do you do the work you do?
If you want to design your life around the work you’ve always wanted to do, you have to be clear about your “Why”. Your purpose. The reason that motivates you to work every day.
If you aren’t quite sure what you want to do, ask yourself, “Why don’t I want to do the work I’m doing right now?” Which aspects do you enjoy and not enjoy? Why?
I have started cultivating this habbit of asking why i am doing the things i am doing so that it would have a purpose behind everything i do and it would get me going without feeling stressed or bored.

3 Your "Values"

Whats important to you,which things you value the most other then your assets and income.

Values are something which is very close to you and you keep it secret with you.

One of my core values is valuing experiences over material possessions. When I’m about to buy a physical product, I always think about how it can either enhance my experiences or detract from them.

4.Your Motivations...!

What gets you to take action without being afraid..

If you want to work for yourself, you need to clearly understand your sources of motivation. Is it money? Working with others? Spending more time with family? Competition? Helping others? Solving a big problem?

Your motivation may be one of the Bollywood or Hollywood actor or actress,scientists,business person or someone you have rised from rag to riches.

People say we shouldn't be obsessed about something but look if we are not obsessed about something that means we are going to get bored from the work we are doing some or the other day.From my point of view we should follow our obsessions as because it will always take you to your destiny.

I Am obsessed about my network circle and doing something great for the society other then being an entrepreneur.



5.How You Learn Things'###'

Learning new skills doesn’t stop once you leave college or get a graduate degree. Learning doesn’t just take place in academic institutions.
You are going to constantly need to learn new skills if you want to work on your terms and thrive in our dynamically changing economy.
Many of us have a fear of learning because the way we were taught to learn in school was out of alignment with our personal learning style. We were never given a choice.
I don’t ever remember being encouraged to discover my style of learning. I was taught by listening to lectures, reading books and doing homework to practice the new concepts I learned in class. I was told how to learn.
I learned primarily by rote memorization. I was taught to be motivated by getting good grades, but as an adult I have realized my natural motivation for learning is the opportunity to experiment and figure things out for myself.
What motivates you to learn something new? Maybe you like to experiment like me and learn from your mistakes. Or maybe you have a totally different motivation.
Many people learn better in collaborative groups, so being forced to sit alone working on an assignment would be torture. Reading is a dreaded form of learning for some, so they prefer listening to audio lessons or lectures.
You might be a visual learner and need to see concepts drawn out and presented in different contexts.
I usually prefer visual learning and learn through you tube videos and also learning from people who have mastered that particular thing.
It doesnt matter what style of learning you have unless and until it keeps you learning more and more and much more interested and much more involved.
6.Your Habbits'\'
Your habits tell you everything about how you spend your time, money and energy. Your lifestyle is the sum of your habits. Therefore, it’s essential to build the right habits if you want to start working for yourself.
You need to start assessing your habits and decide which ones to eliminate, strengthen or change as you redesign your lifestyle. Habits are the engine of lifestyle transformation.
Weight loss, breaking an addiction or getting out of debt all start with changing habits. That’s it. Changing habits can be very challenging, but new habits can also make your life a lot easier when they finally take hold!
In terms of designing your lifestyle around your unique purpose I recommend tracking the following habits: how you spend your money, how your spend your time, how you manage your personal energy and how you process your feelings.

6.Your Strengths And Abilities'/'
Most of us limit our capabilities to the list of skills and work experiences we have on our resumé. Designing your ideal lifestyle requires you to assess a much wider scope of your abilities in both your professional and personal lives.
I define your abilities as your natural strengths, talents, marketable (hard) skills, people (soft) skills, life experiences, special work projects, hobbies and life skills.
What are your core strengths and abilities?

7.Anything Holding You Back<;>
If you want to completely transform your life, it’s time to deal with your issues. We all have them. Face your fears. Challenge your expectations.
Here are some of things that might be (unknowingly) holding you back:
  • Your fears
  • Your cravings
  • Your negative thoughts
  • Your desires
  • Your expectations
  • Your risk tolerance
It’s time to unload your baggage. Make space for the big change you want in your life. It’s holding your back from what you’ve always wanted to do!

Your Intentions And Wealth You Achieve



 What Is Intent:-
  It Is thing which you plan and  execute inorder to achieve it.
    

 
Difference Between Believe and Intent:-


 Believe is the thing which we probably dream of and we are sure we can complete a particular task              on particular time, but here we aren’t taking any further steps to fullfill it.
Most People they earn their living , grow up and then they die .They stop thinking stop stretching themselves,stop pushing these are not the risk takers.
So, here the intent comes in picture whatever is your intention and you make a first step the universe will watch you carefully and give back his feedback by providing you with whatever you need in order to complete your task or your mission or your ambition.


Intention And Wealth:-

Lot many people I have found on my journey is they live to enjoy the material world as this is not the bad thing as we are living in the 21st century the world of illusion(maya). We cant be away from materialistic approach towards life.
But we find  that wealth favours the rich and poor is always poor.
When I found a reason behind all these circumstances why ?? when ?? how??
I researched a lot on this and finally I concluded on this that non  of them  are born rich or poor its our intentions or subconscious believe which makes us unaware of our true potential to earn not only wealth but anything ,learn anything present in this whole world.
The universe is the infinite place we are all born with some mission to accomplish and we are already learning the lessons which we aren’t aware now but will be in our 40’s or even more.
So, I was telling you about when I found the reason behind it , My eyes got wide opened I stared making senarios on different set of people by observing them on streets in college in office every place I visited.
What I came to know is some people who are rich having huge cars and bungalows have a different  style of living and they have already set their intention of going in the field their father is working on, not everyone but mostly I observed in my test senarios.
People who are average or below average they have a mind set of having a job , no matter how boring the job is but they will do it for their livelihood. For them to think of having a luxurious life is like a dream , but they don’t know that before becoming something we have to visualize it in our mind or we can call it as day dream it.
Now For these Kind of people I want to say just one thing get up from your comfort zone
Take a pen or pencil write all that 5 steps I have given below and inculcate it to your daily life I am 100% sure of you living your dream life.

Steps For Living a  Luxurious Life:-

1      1)   Get Up early in the morning and self motivate yourself wth these 5 affirmations
“I am Rich”  , “I have above average dollars /Rupees in my bank account”,   “I love my life”,  “I have many rich friends”,  “I live In a luxurious house”.

2) Take a first step towards what you really want in your life whether you want to leave a rich life or whether you want a film star life or a business tycoon life or IT professional life.set it according to your profession and take a step on how will you become best in your field if you aren’t sure what to do. Ask yourself and try writing the solution with your non dominant hand (left hand) for righties.

3) Never believe too much on God the almighty. Believe in yourself and just thank god for giving you a best life.

4) Give as much you can to others and never aspect something in return whether you give your knowledge or your help or part of your wealth.

5) Give appraisal to every good thing you see around you (Like a friend making his first salary or he achieves a prize or someone made something creative )Start appraising him/her start enjoying on others achievements that’s the secret of happiness and true wealth in life.

What You Believe Says Everything About Your Life And You

Perception Is Reality

You have learned everything that you know to be true through your life experiences, and those experiences have been shaped and guided by other, often well-meaning, people.
But here’s the thing: When you believe something is true, you tend to look for things that support those truths and ignore what does not. Beliefs become self-fulfilling prophecies in a sense.
So if those beliefs are helpful, then YAY! But if you want to experience something different than what you are currently living, you have to prove to yourself that something different is possible.

You have to change your expectation.

It takes practice to change the way you think. You’ve had a lifetime to form the beliefs that you are currently living, so naturally it will take a bit of effort. But it can be done in a simple, pragmatic way.
Beliefs are just thoughts that you keep thinking, which keeps them active in your mind.
In order to change them, you must become aware of them and then shift them from the old belief to a new one, reinforcing it with lots of examples that show the new belief is true.
Here’s an example of an old belief that you might not want to believe anymore:
“I’m never going to be able to achieve the body of my dreams because I don’t have any willpower.”
And here’s a new believe that you would likely much rather believe:
“I absolutely can have the body of my dreams.”
In order to shift your belief from the old one to the new one, you must make a list of all of the reasons why the new belief is actually true. Often, it helps to start with general statements and then get progressively more specific.
1. You know, I’m really tired of feeling like a victim all the time.
2. I’m tired of telling myself that I can’t have what I want.
3. And I believe that the human body is capable of a lot of really amazing, often unexplainable things.
4. So if that is true, then I think that it’s feasible that I can achieve the body of my dreams.
5. And I think that this so-called willpower problem that everyone talks about is actually kind of silly.
6. What if willpower is not really a lack of control at all, but instead it’s a signal from my body that is telling me it wants comfort, and food is something that I’ve learned is comforting?
7. So, if that is true, then if I start taking better care of my body and I listen when it tells me that it needs rest or TLC, maybe it will stop asking for comfort through food.
8. And if that is the case, then willpower is really irrelevant to whether or not I can achieve the body of my dreams.
9. And I’ve done some pretty amazing things in my life, so if I decide that I want to achieve the body of my dreams, I think I can do that too.
10. It’s time for me to stop living a shadow of who I really am, letting old, silly beliefs hold me back, and instead it’s time for me to rock this incredible life that I have been given!!
Don’t you just feel fired up after reading that? Reality, especially related to your physical body, is only what it is because of your expectation.
When you begin to see how disempowering beliefs pull you away from living the life you want to live, rather than help you to move toward it, it gets easier and easier to shed them and replace them with new empowering beliefs.
Sometimes just by realizing that a belief isn’t even your own—that it was passed down to you from someone else—is enough to disengage it.
So what disempowering beliefs do you have that you want to change?
What if you decided that you not longer believed that your genetics were causing you to be overweight?
Or maybe your limiting beliefs have to do with time. What if you decided you no longer believed you can’t make time to do the things you love?
Your past is not your present or your future. You have the ability right now, to choose something different. You absolutely have the power to create a better life for yourself. That starts with changing what you choose to believe and what you expect for yourself.

You Attract What You Are


What comes to your mind when someone says that etc person is the richest person in our area ,Your mind will wonder about his family background and his property,bank balance. Same is the case with when your friend says we are not as rich as they are or they are too poor then us. We try to visualize their present life style. But have you ever wonder why cant a poor person become rich or a person who is rich remains rich in the future too. You will think this as luck or  something else.
“That boy was lucky to have rich family so he is rich and we were unlucky to have
Poor family.”
It wasn’t everytime true you haven’t dealth with the real consequences of life
What you see is just a mirror image of what you wanted to see. Change your perception of looking towards the world ,you will automatically change your life style. As rightly stated by Lord Buddha “What you see You become”.
Now the thing is why we are like this ,some may be doing nothing some may be a cricketer, football player, some will be good at computers ,some may be shopkeepers ,some may be doing their own business, some are drug addicts or alcohol addicts.
Why Why Wh????????????????????????????????????????????
This question why comes mostly to the parents and sometimes to thyself.
Why they are like this or why we are what we are now.
Not only this in todays glamour world most youngsters are getting attracted towards film industry they want that stardom like sharukh khan or Katrina kaif,alia bhatt. But only few of them gets the notion from their inner being and they do something different or things which they wanted to do, things which made them have fun. Not only this following their heart desires they also follow their soul desires to do something for the world or the nation.
Now coming to the point whay aren’t we what we desire to be.
For this I will give you an example of a penguin , penguins have wings but can they fly up in the sky. NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why because they are made like that by the universal energy or God.
They are meant to enjoy their life on the earth and not in the sky.
Same thing is with all of us if we don’t have that inner talent of flying in the glamour world just stop thinking of going to that stage and stop thinking that way.
Listen  to you inner being find out what you are good at you may do wonders in your society in your peer group or the Industry.
You are the uncommon breed with unimaginable power.
You are going to attract people, objects  and all materialistic things aligned with your body frequency or the thought process going on in your mind.
Just make a list of all the thing you think you have right now and compare that thing with all the people involved with you presently you will find that people and material  are of same criteria.
Like for example if you have close friendship with rich people then surely you will buy most of your products from posh area.
Middle class people friendship will in turn will allow you to buy things from middle level shops or stationaries.
Here I am talking about close friendships not college friends for three years or 5years. Change your circumstances you will change your friendships and all the material thing like vehicle, land ,property , it can be anything which is tangible.
So if you want to attract lavishness in your life you just need to think as if you are already rich , you should start making friendships with above average salary people or even rich people, you should start investing your time in making budget plans or future monetary plans or future deals you will make with investers.
You should stop going to the small shops full of kiosk and move to the posh hotels and restraunts for having dinner. May be you cant afford their rate but atleast you should go once in a month or if possible in a week to have atleast one type of dish.
This all process is just to attract lavishness in your life. The more you will visit with all kind of brand new things the more your body frequency will get aligned with this things and in a year or two you will end up living your dream life.
Atlast just want to say one principle to all of you and that is:-
1)Ask for what you want not to the god but to yourself
2)Believe in what you are doing and put all your efforts with joy.
3)Daily give thanks to the world and yourself because of them you are , the way you are today.
